Fine Russian Driver
Have to start with the inside--a Ronda 5040, albeit not assembled in Switzerland. That would be better but it would also cost more. Though likely assembled in China, the 5040 (minus some jewels that are in the Swiss Made version) is a workhorse, and a very good one. It's been very successful for Invicta, which puts a lot of these movements in their better watches. Otherwise, a great looking watch, I think. I've wanted this one for a long time but was always getting something else I wanted. Finally, I picked this up for a good price. So yes a good value. I really, really dislike a lot of Invicta's metallic dials, but this one appears to have a slight texture, which looks a whole lot better. It's a beige color while trim is all high-polish SS. The color of the dial looks particularly good with the faux crocodile strap in burnt sienna. I have a number of Russian Divers, some more expensive than this one, but none better looking. I really love this watch.

Skeleton invecta beautiful Watch!
Rose gold in color is super on a watch case . I mean iv been a watch person since early 1960s and unfortunately for that computer age with smart phones people do not ware a watch like we did back then. So now when I add a new watch to my collection it's nice to see one else in a different color then a chrome or normal gold . I would not buy a watch this size (it's 6 centimeters across the face from the edge of the case to the outer point of the crowd cover) but this is an exception! I love to watch the mechanism of the good old fashioned watch makers craft of a manual movement. It's a heavy duty case and we'll built . I got it for a song and I'm waring it now . Great watch for the person who wares a classic look watch.

Beautiful time piece
Larger than the other Russian Divers I own but the larger crown is easier to manipulate so that part is a plus. I'm left handed so when worn on the right hand wrist the canteen crown is not a problem. I do not wear leather straps and It was hard to find a 25mm metal strap to replace the leather with. I had to use a 24mm and slightly modify it instead. The gear reduction on the automatic movement is heavier than expected. It takes quite a bit to get the weight moving but with such a small main spring I suppose it makes sense. This is no daily wear watch for me but another nice piece for the collection. It's size is truly reminiscent of the original pocket watches put on strap in the early 1900's which adds something to it for me as a watch collector.

This is my 8th INVICTA.
This may be the nicest, best looking of the eight I own. It's big so you have to prefer the larger size. But it's expensive looking and has this great gold look that just gleams. For me, unlike my other watches which all, eventually, need a new battery ... this one requires winding every few days which I don't mind at all. This watch is a little more than I usually pay for a watch but it's a beauty. Really enjoy wearing it and have received several compliments. So, for a little over a hundred dollars, gold look, requires winding & is big (w/ a very handsome band) if this sounds like something you would like; go for it; you won't be disappointed...

Beautiful Watch
I have been looking for an Invicta Nautilus watch for some time and I'm really happy I found this jewel! I love the look of the rosegold with the black mop dial. The antiqued finish adds to the overall appearance that this watch may have been up from the depths of the sea. The leather band gray and black goes well with the appearance of the watch. But best of all is the movement in this watch. It is a SWISS Automatic which is a high end movement for Invicta that does not require batteries to operate. This one will be right next to my Swiss Automatic Bolt Zuess.

One Of Invictas Best
This is one great watch. Not for everyone due to size and heft of the Akula, but if one can get past those limitations then this watch delivers all the performance and value one can expect. I would put this watch up against anything on the market today and have tested it against some of my high end watches and the Akula has been spot on and in some cases exceeded the performance of the pricier brands. Swiss made and hand assembled. And this one is a stunner with it's Black Case and strap and beautiful wine red dial, with white hands and markers.

Superb Invicta Russian Diver With Crystal Removable Divers Cage.
Gorgeous timepiece, garners limitless attention. The build quality is very solid and nice and heavy. The Chronograph operated perfectly and smoothly. The bracelet, case and crystal protective cage is perfection. The lift bar on the left side of the timepiece when lifted up toward the 12 o'clock position rotates the cage for easy removal to wear the timepiece with or without the crystal protective divers cage. The dial is a simply gorgeous deep blue color with contrasting silver subdial's. A bargain for a timepiece of this build quality.

Invicta Russian Diver. Neither russian (thanks god) nor for diving.
A good purchase, I have been waiting for quite a long time if this buy was really necessary for me. Did'nt know exactly which model of Russian Diver I like the most. The watch is robust, a little bit heavy but I'll get used to it. The design of the whole line by Invicta is easily recognisable from a certain distance. Hope I'll be enjoying this watch for a very long time.

Bads and goods.
The watch is very nice with a very impressing glowing numerals and hands. The small reddish hands of the sub dials and the the reddish central chronograph's hand are made of very inferior brittle stuff and intend to fall off or even break. The main reddish chronograph's hand in particular is prone to get damaged. Quite a disappointment for a watch of that type. Otherwise, the watch is very nice and impressing.

A Unique and Impressive timepiece
High quality stainless steel case and bracelet. A large chunky timepiece with a retro diver look. Heavy and robust. If that is what you like this is a great watch. Removable face cage is a neat addition and is achieved by pulling a lever that turns the case outer bezel until the cage lines up for removal. Very slick. Blue face is striking against the stainless steel. A unique watch.
