The Jordan Brand added another UNC colorway to its lineup when the design was introduced onto the Air Jordan 6 silhouette. This University of North Carolina-inspired color scheme incorporates a white upper with University Blue accents. White appears on the mesh side panels, leather heel, laces, heel tab, tongue, lace lock, inner sock liner, adjustable lace strap, midsole, and paw print-like outer sole knuckles. University Blue then makes its way onto the perforated patent leather mudguard overlay that coats the toe, side panels, and heel. University Blue can also be found on the chenille background of the tongue's Jordan Jumpman logo. Further University Blue accents appear on the outer sole of this release, which incorporates six blocks of tread for added grip.
